Before we open any software, we open a conversation. We want to understand not just the building, but the story it needs to tell and who it speaks to.
- Who the buyers are, what moves them and what makes them decide
- What the developer wants them to feel in the first second in front of the image
- A discussion of the materials, finishes and palette that define the project's character
- A reading of the plans, solar orientation, location and market context
- By the end of this phase, we know exactly what the images need to communicate
