Imaginarch is an architectural visualisation studio based in Porto, Portugal. We are responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website (imaginarch.studio).

When you submit a contact form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the message you write, and optionally the selected package, add-ons, project location, budget, project size, preferred start date and desired completion date.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, fingerprinting or any third-party profiling tools. We do not collect data passively during your visit.

We use the data you submit exclusively to: (1) respond to your enquiry, (2) prepare a proposal or estimate, (3) communicate with you about a potential or active commercial relationship.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We do not add your contacts to any newsletter or commercial list.

Your data is processed by the following sub-processors, acting on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

· Resend (resend.com): transactional email provider based in the United States, used to deliver your form submission to our inbox.

· Vercel (vercel.com): hosting and edge-network provider based in the United States, on whose infrastructure this website runs.

Both providers are GDPR-compliant and bound by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as a commercial relationship is active, and for up to three years after the last meaningful contact for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

After this period the data is deleted permanently. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see your rights below).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right to:

· access the personal data we hold about you;

· rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;

· request the erasure of your data (the right to be forgotten);

· request restriction of processing;

· receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability);

· object to the processing of your data;

· lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).

To exercise any of the rights listed above, send an email to contact@imaginarch.studio describing your request. We will respond within thirty days as required by law. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

This website uses only essential cookies and local storage entries required for basic functionality:
